Classical and Opera
This might be a little random, but if you want some Classical or Opera music, I recently added a ton to my own library as well as completely redid the tagging of what I had, so if you are interested, it's in my music folder for the taking. Enjoy.

GEAN MIX twenty-five
hello!
here is a mix for you! it consists of some things that i've been listening to recently, semi-recently, not recently at all, or in a domain completely irrelevant to any system of time or space.
in no particular order,
if i had a heart - fever ray (the vocalist from the knife. i highly recommend you view the music video for this as well; definitely a nightmare factory.)
heartbeats - the knife (ironically, considering the information above.)
wedding bell - beach house
india india - dosh (find the video of this guy playing "simple x" with andrew bird at bonnaroo. he primarily plays drums but uses a lot of cool effects and looping.)
no excuses - air france (one of my newest most favorite songs. best for dancing.)
beg waves - ponytail (nasty guitar riffs, but really weird "vocals.")
warholian wigs - the dirty projectors (man, this band is weird. i saw them at pitchfork and they were really cool. still cool on album... but weirder.)
fall bicycle - lymbyc systym
patricia's moving picture - the go! team (probably the most uplifting instrumental song i know. makes you want to run a marathon while saving a bunch of malnourished kittens. or just drive around 10 mph over the speed limit.)
seagull - shout out louds (a near-favorite song of mine. if i were cody, i would give it 5 stars on my itunes, even after re-evaluating it.)
broken household appliance national forest - grandaddy (the best flaming lips song that the flaming lips have neither written nor played.)
moby octopad - yo la tengo (this band continues to impress me with their ability to be cool while middle-aged. guitarrist / vocalist married the drummer / vocalist, so cute. bassist is the 3rd wheel.)
i hope you enjoy it. does anyone really listen to these? gimma a comment if you do.
your best imaginary friend,
steve

Black Lips 200 Million Thousand
New Black Lips album entitled 200 Million Thousand is in my Dropbox, the CD is fucking good. Give it a listen or two, it's a little under-produced, but that just means that its going to be 100x better live.

GEANMIX 22 (Hef)
Hello everybody, I just put my first GEAN mix into Dropbox. This is my first time doing this and I didn't exactly know what to put in there, so I basically just put some songs in there that I enjoy listening to. I don't know what you all have and don't have but I'm sure there is at least one new song in there for everyone. I think its a good mix, but let me know of your comments and such and how to improve next time. I haven't been on this blog either since we first started using it so bare with me...
